Oyster 825, Maegan, wins Interior Design Award
The Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy, was the stunning location for the International Yacht and Aviation Awards ceremony on Friday 20th May 2016. Over 100 industry experts and guests gathered for a great night of celebration.
Oyster are delighted to announce that Oyster 825, Maegan, won her category for best interior design of a sailing yacht.
There to accept the award, Oyster CEO, David Tydeman, said "I am delighted to accept this award for Oyster 825, Maegan, on behalf of the company. Over 7000 unique votes were received for these awards and we are honoured to have won. The interior design for Oyster 825, Maegan, exemplifies the superb service offered by Oyster yachts where we work closely with the owners to deliver exactly what they want. Oyster 825 Maegan owner, Marja de Pundert, worked together with Marcus Wright, Oyster Senior Interior Designer and Maegan's interior design was then brought to life by the expert team of craftsmen at Oyster. A true team effort so well done to all involved. Our thanks to Design et al magazine for hosting the event."
Currently on board her Oyster 825, Maegan, Marja de Pundert said, "What fantastic news! So proud of all of the people who worked on our Maegan to make her a beautiful pearl of Oyster."
