The Oyster 575 Irene is an exceptionally well designed yacht with a sleek deck saloon and a spacious cockpit with twin wheels. Every inch of space below deck has been optimised to provide comfortable, practical accommodation.
Below decks are four spacious cabins. The master cabin has a spacious center line double with a private head and a enclosed shower, mid-ships is a twin bunk cabin, forward of the saloon are two additional cabins a forward centerline double and a port upper and lower bunk cabin. The three forward cabins share the forward head to starboard. Your crew are flexible to be in either the forward double or forward port bunk cabin based on your preference.
Irene is operated on a captain only basis. If you prefer to have a chef and catering provided this is possible at an additional expenses.

Born in the US, but raised and educated in Ireland. Johnny grew-up in Dublin's infamous sailing town of Dun Laoghaire. From an early age, Johnny has had a passion for sailing and anything to do with the sea. Johnny has a relaxed and pleasant demeanour, genial and affable in his manner. His dry-wit won't be missed on any excursion.
Johnny has spent many years racing around the world, participating in many of the world's leading regattas and several off-shore classics, from Antigua to Cowes to Auckland. Johnny, holds a RYA Offshore Yacht Master and has a keen understanding of how a yacht operates and what is required to get the best out of each situation. Irrespective of your proficiency, Johnny love’s nothing better than to include his guests in the sailing experience, giving hands-on instruction and participation. When not racing, Johnny enjoyed cruising around some of the world’s most beautiful waters.
Johnny's other passion is for food. He loves exploring local markets, finding new and exciting flavours. Sourcing indigenous, fresh ingredients and is always happy to share his experiences
