A light and airy saloon offers a sumptuous seating area in navy Alcantara, with a TV and DVD player, to enable you to enjoy a film or enjoy relaxing whilst listening to music.
Below are accommodations for four guests (possibly five) in three cabins. Aft is spacious double a master cabin with en-suite shower room. Forward of the saloon you will have your choice of either a spacious bunk cabin or a double bed cabin. The forward guest cabins share an en-suite with toilet and shower facilities. Mid-ships is a cozy single cabin.
Amanzi comes fully equipped and has a number of water toys for guests to enjoy through to buckets and spades to help you build those sandcastles for the younger children.
The crew will look after your every need ensuring that you feel like you are in a floating 5 star boutique hotel, where nothing is too much trouble. To relax, enjoy a day at sail, on a deserted white sandy beach or sipping cocktails at one of the local beach bars. To end the day, enjoy adult only time in the evenings on board or ashore, as the crew are more than happy to babysit for you.
Diogo was born in the Azores. At 27 years old he has developed a strong sailing background staring at 8 years old competing in regattas and sailing in the Azores from age 15. Having gained his Yacht master Offshore, he spent time on Superyachts where he learned important details about seamanship.
Diogo has experience in many cruising areas throughout the world including a year spent in Central America. For him being on the sea is a passion. In his free time he likes active sports such as kite surfing, scuba diving and climbing. Being the captain of a beautiful Oyster 56 that is very well maintained, comfortable, and strong is a dream come true.
Stephanie wears many hats and is an inquisite spirit. She has always been involved in cooking. Hosting guests, sharing food, and conversations were an essential part of the family life. As a grown up, she made her mission to make sure her guests would leave the dinner table happy and satiated and she took on culinary studies. She also wanted to travel the world and her cooking is influenced by many horizons, Asia, Middle East, all corners of Europe, tropical islands and much more. Her cuisine is light and joyful, and Stephanie makes sure she uses locally sourced products and in season. Taste, colours and flavours are her inspirations when preparing a meal. She is also a certified yoga teacher and happy to share the light with whoever wants to !
